"The individual sleeping space was terrific -- lovely and full-height compartment, nice mattress and linens, room under the bed for a suitcase, and a thick drape to keep noises at bay."

The hotel had thoughtful layout. I noticed signs that showed open showers, locks secured bags under the bed. safety buttons existed in hallways, rooms, and bathroom stalls. I felt great attention to detail . The staff was always friendly and helpful. I would consider to return here!
Some internal doors are sliding. The door that isolates pods closes with a loud click. I was woken by this noise during the night.

The private capsule felt very cozy. Height makes it seem spacious, so one did not feel claustrophobic at all. The bed was comfortable. A locker for valuables existed inside the capsule.

I appreciated the space under the bed for luggage storage. The women's lounge also included a mini fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the main train station.

The staff replaced the toiletry bag daily. It contained a fresh towel, slippers, and toothbrushes. Staff members were always smiling, genuine, and helpful to all guests. Front desk altered the bedroom temperature upon request.

I found the location super convenient, being close to train stations and a few convenience stores. Senso-ji temple was also a short walk away. my towels were refreshed daily, and i really appreciated the access to amenities like toothbrushes, razors. hair curlers and straighteners. the staff was always friendly and ready to help, even assisting with sending my luggage to my next destination!
the only slight issue was that the sliding door to the pod area made a loud click each time someone entered or left, which i did find a bit disruptive during the night.

The capsule room was both super clean and cozy. New towels and slippers were provided daily. there were also lockers available to store my valuables safely with provided cables and locks. This was really important to me!

Hot beverages and water were available at any time. It was so nice to be able to get a quick drink. there are also a lot of restaurants near, so you can eat something without walking so much. the street has a lot of variety too.

the showers were very clean and private, almost like a spa experience, which i appreciated so much. a luggage storage area allowed me to leave my bags securely after checkout. i felt very secure, because you need the keycard to access almost everything.
